August Feature Update: Health Score Insights
August brings a new feature to ISVapp that lets partners segment their customer base by several criteria:
Determine account health across your account executives and customer success team.
Spot patterns in the health status of your customer base, segmented by licensed seats or financial metrics like MRR, ARR or ACV.
Analyze account healthiness by account age cohorts
These standard reports come out-of-the box with ISVapp and need no configuration.
