Notifications for usage and timeline events

Notifications cover two categories of events:

• Usage events: real-time alerts whenever there are significant drops or spikes in usage, so you can respond quickly to important changes. A sudden drop might indicate an adoption problem or churn risk, while an unexpected spike could be an upselling opportunity.

• Account timeline events: alerts on important moments in the customer lifecycle, including license upgrades and uninstalls, so your Sales and Customer Success teams can follow up while it matters most.
