Customizable Dashboard and Account Pages
The dashboard is the first thing you see when you log into ISVapp, and the account pages are where your Customer Success teams view the details of individual accounts. Different teams, and different people, care about different metrics. With this update, both pages become fully customizable through Custom cards.
Custom cards can display metrics for any feature or taxonomy item. For example, users can pin their most frequently monitored features directly to the dashboard instead of navigating to them each time.
Layouts can be configured at three different levels:
For all users: define a common default layout for your whole organization
For specific user groups: tailor pages to each business function
By individual users for their own pages: every user can create their own cards, for example product managers can pin features or areas they own to the dashboard
Where can I find the new functionality?
Custom cards are available on all accounts by default. Administrators can manage shared layouts under Setup > Page Layouts.
Individual users can personalize their own dashboard and account page by selecting Edit Page at the bottom of the respective page.
